9. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Legal Notice

In accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 11 FAGG and
Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive,
there is no right of withdrawal for digital content
once:

• delivery has begun, and

• the user has expressly agreed to immediate performance, and

• the user has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal

By purchasing digital content, the user explicitly:

• consents to immediate access, and

• waives the statutory right of withdrawal

• By confirming your age and consent on the Age Gate and at
  checkout, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital
  content purchased via this Website.

10. Usage Rights & Copyright

All content is protected by copyright and related rights.

The purchase grants the user a:

• non-exclusive

• non-transferable

Strictly Prohibited

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer
protection laws of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.

17. Severability Clause

If any provision of these T&C is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

18. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&C where legally required.
The version applicable at the time of purchase shall prevail.
